Welcome to Bhava-Breath.
This is the place where I live my purpose by helping others on their journey to a healthier life.
My tool is the breath.
For years, I breathed too shallowly and irregularly.
My father pointed it out to me long ago, but I didn't take him seriously, even though I was constantly sick and feeling out of balance.
60-80 % of all adults have a dysfunctional breathing pattern.
It often becomes shallow, inefficient and irregular, mostly triggered by the stress of our daily lives, especially at work.
This dysfunctional breathing pattern amplifies stress, reduces focus, drains our energy and can eventually make us sick.
Having spent 13 years in an highly demanding job at SAP, I understand the pressure of tight deadlines and high demands firsthand.
Here's the brilliant part:
Breathing is the only body function that is both happening unconscious and can be consciously controlled.
That's the key: by taking charge of your breath, you can directly influence your nervous system and your mood.
The result: more relaxation, more energy and better health.
My first experience with Breathwork in 2023 was life-changing.
It ignited a deep motivation in me to share this practice with others. I want to help you lead a more fulfilling and positive life through conscious breathing.
