"Jakob introduced us to breathwork twice, two hours each time. These two sessions were extraordinarily rich in experience. I could clearly feel where I have breathing blockages, also felt why, and got a sense of how my path forward might look. That is significantly more than I could have expected after just two sessions. "When I joined Jakob's class in January 2025, I had no idea what conscious breathwork was. But I was willing to try any technique to help soothe my nervous system. And so began the slow process of gradually letting go of pent up emotions stuck in my body. Jakob's gift of intuitive healing created a safe space which my body instinctively picked up. “I didn’t really know what to expect going into the session with Jakob, but it ended up affecting me much more than I thought it would. I’ve struggled for a long time with the feeling of not being able to fully breathe, like my breath is shallow or restricted, and I always assumed it was either in my head or just something I had to live with. What stood out to me with Jakob was how present and calm he is. It never felt forced or overly ‘coaching-like.’ He has a way of making you feel safe without even trying, which made it easier for me to let go and fully go into the experience. During the session, I could really feel how disconnected I’ve been from my own breath and body. It wasn’t just physical; it brought up more than I expected. At the same time, it didn’t feel overwhelming, more like something was being gently unlocked, and that surprised me. One thing that really stayed with me was when he shared his own journey with breathing and how much it can shift in a relatively short time, even within a month, if you’re consistent. That gave me a lot of hope while still feeling realistic, because he was also clear that it takes dedication. He also gave very practical, simple tools that felt easy to integrate into daily life, like checking in with your breath before checking your phone. That, for me, was the most important part. It didn’t feel complicated or overwhelming, just small things you can actually stick to, and that over time can make a real difference. What I appreciated most is that Jakob doesn’t just guide you through techniques; he really understands what’s happening beneath the surface. You can tell he has both the knowledge and the intuition to meet you where you are, without pushing too hard or holding you back. Since the session, I’ve become much more aware of how I breathe in everyday situations, especially when I’m stressed. It feels like I’ve been given a tool I didn’t even realise I needed. It’s hard to fully put into words, but it felt like an important step for me. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re curious about your breath or feel like something is ‘off’ but can’t quite explain it.”

"I can only strongly recommend Jakob as your breathwork facilitator. Although several close relatives of mine had recommended me to try a breathwork for while, I was not very familiar with or open to the concept and somehow felt a reluctance to try it for the first time in a group. I crossed paths with Jakob who gave me a strong feeling of comfort, trust and openness just a few hours after having met him. He offered me to try my first experience in an individual session with him, and I accepted his offer straight away.
